Medical/Dental Coverage Update:
[05.22.08] -- Per HMSA, with the final sale of the Cargo Division on May 14, 2008, the Aloha Airlines Cobra plan will terminate effective June 1, 2008.
As a short-term option, HMSA will be offering an “Extended Benefit Program” to all former Aloha Airlines employee through December 31, 2008. Details of the “Extended Benefit Program” can be found on the AQOhana website. Information packets were also mailed by HMSA to all existing COBRA participants, which include plan options and rates.
Informational meetings will be held at the HMSA Center (818 Keeaumoku Street).
