MEC Vice-President Election

[03.26.08]
– Ballots for the MEC Vice President position has been mailed.  Ballots need to be postmarked by April 7, 2008.  If you have not received a ballot please call Robyn at 375-9179.  I will need to confirm your address as this probably means that we do not have a current address.  Please also remind your fellow flight attendants to vote.

Nomination Update

[02.04.08] –
There is an error on the cover letter that was recently sent to you in the mail.  The letter incorrectly states that the post mark date for the ballot is February 15, 2008.  The post mark date that is listed on the ballot is the correct date.  Nomination ballots need to be post marked by February 21, 2008.  A corrected letter will be sent to you this week that clarifies the due dates.  We apologize for the conflicting information.  If you have any questions please call Robyn at 792-7137.

Dear Aloha Flight Attendants:

Due to unforeseen obligations, Robert Lee has resigned from his position as MEC Vice President effective immediately. I would like to thank him for his efforts, and wish him the very best.

We are in the process of researching the best possible alternative in dealing with this vacancy. In the interim, Robyn and I will absorb the duties and responsibilities of the Vice President position. We will inform you as soon as a "going forward" plan is determined and finalized.

As always, please contact Robyn or I if you have any concerns or questions.

Yours Truly,

Gail Kim-Moe
