UNEMPLOYMENT UPDATE
[04.30.08] -- We have just confirmed with the Unemployment Office that the paycheck received from Aloha on April 16, 2008 for the premium pays, etc. earned prior to March 31,2008, DO NOT need to be claimed as earnings for the week ending April 19, 2008. If you claimed these wages while filing your telephonic claim, call your respective Unemployment Office to make a correction. If you were disqualified for the week ending April 19, 2008 due to reporting the April 16, 2008 paycheck, upon receiving your call, the Unemployment Office will make a correction to your claim and generate a check for your weekly benefit amount.
